1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Easy Budget Planners LLC ("Easy Budget Planners," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of easybudgetplanners.com, our free financial calculators, and our paid Money Tracker Pro service (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a paid plan. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Free tools

Our free calculators are provided at no cost for personal, non-commercial use. You may use them as often as you like without creating an account. You understand and agree that:

• Results are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Actual financial outcomes may vary significantly.
• Our tools use simplified models and assumptions.
• Tax laws, interest rates, and other factors change over time.
• Results should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.

4. Money Tracker Pro accounts

Money Tracker Pro requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@easybudgetplanners.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Money Tracker Pro is offered on three plans, all priced in U.S. dollars:

• Monthly — $4.99 per month, billed monthly, automatically renewing.
• Yearly — $39 per year, billed annually, automatically renewing.
• Founder Lifetime — $79 one-time charge, available to the first 100 customers only. Lifetime access is tied to the account that purchased it; it is non-transferable.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose, including any applicable taxes. Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Where required by law we collect sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes; the exact amount is calculated by Stripe Tax based on your billing address and shown at checkout.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time. Two equivalent paths are supported:

• One-click cancel inside the app — open the account menu in the top-right of Money Tracker Pro and choose Cancel Subscription. We send you straight to the cancellation screen of the Stripe Customer Portal so you can confirm in a single click.
• Manage Subscription — the same account menu has a Manage Subscription entry that opens the full Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, switch plans, view invoices, or cancel.

Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to free.

Founder Lifetime is a one-time purchase and there is nothing to cancel; access remains tied to your account.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any plan, including Founder Lifetime. To request a refund, email support@easybudgetplanners.com within 14 days of your initial charge with the email address on your Stripe receipt. We typically process refunds within one business day; the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. After the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Price changes

We may change the prices of Money Tracker Pro plans. If a price change applies to your existing subscription we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect. Founder Lifetime customers are not affected by future price changes.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate anyone's rights;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data from the Services;
• Resell or relicense the Services or any account access;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services;
• Use the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Your data

You own the data you enter into Money Tracker Pro. We store it on your behalf so the Services can work and so it can sync across your devices.

You can export your dashboard at any time from the account menu in Money Tracker Pro:

• Export as JSON — full backup that can be re-imported into Money Tracker Pro later.
• Export as CSV — spreadsheet-friendly snapshot you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time, also from the account menu. Account deletion immediately removes your profile, dashboard data, and monthly snapshots from our servers, and cancels any active subscription so you stop being charged. Deletion is permanent — please export a backup first if you might want your data later.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the "Easy Budget Planners" name — is owned by Easy Budget Planners LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. No professional advice

Easy Budget Planners is not a financial advisor, tax professional, investment advisor, or legal counsel. Nothing on the Services is professional advice. The Services do not consider your personal circumstances and should not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

13. Service providers and third parties

We use third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) to operate the Services. Your use of those providers' technology, where applicable, is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites linked from the Services.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any particular result will be obtained.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Budget Planners LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Budget Planners LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a feature. Sections 10–16 and 19–22 survive termination.

18. Modifications to the Services and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, give Pro subscribers reasonable advance notice by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Budget Planners LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
